Your First Visit:
    What to Expect

We know that starting care with a new doctor can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re in pain. At Comprehensive Chiropractic Clinic in Murray, UT, we’ve designed our onboarding process to be clear, thorough, and entirely focused on finding the root cause of your problem.

    1

    Day 1: Discovery & Diagnosis

Your first appointment is entirely focused on gathering data and understanding your history.

    Comprehensive History

We sit down to discuss your current symptoms, past injuries, medical history, and how your condition is impacting your daily life.

    Orthopedic & Neurological Exam

We perform specific tests to evaluate your ranges of motion, reflex responses, and identify exactly which tissues or nerves are affected.

    Advanced Imaging (If Needed)

To avoid guessing with your health, we take precise digital X-rays or utilize Digital Motion X-Ray (DMX) to objectively measure your spinal alignment and identify structural abnormalities.

    2

    Day 2: Report of Findings

Once Dr. Woodmansee has analyzed your exam results and X-rays, you will return for a detailed explanation.

    Clear Answers

We will show you your X-rays side-by-side with a normal spine. We will answer three questions: What is wrong? Can we help you? And how long will it take?

    Personalized Treatment Plan

If we determine you are a candidate for Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) or structural rehabilitation, we will present a customized care plan designed to fix the underlying cause, not just mask the symptoms.

    First Treatment

With your consent and understanding of the plan, we will typically begin your first structural adjustment and therapy session on this day.

    Patient Story
"I finally feel heard. This is the first time someone showed me exactly why I'm hurting on my own X-rays. I understand what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it."
