The Corrective Strategy
A corrective program featuring cervical extension traction (Denneroll use at home), mirror-image postural adjustments, and ergonomic workplace modifications.
Objective Outcomes
- Re-establishment of the cervical arc (lordosis)
- Elimination of daily neck stiffness
- Improved cervical range of motion without grinding
