- Moving X-Rays (DMX)Because instability only happens when you move, standard MRIs miss it. We use Digital Motion X-Ray to film your spine while you bend, objectively measuring the exact millimeter of ligament laxity.
- Neurological AssessmentWe test your reflexes, strength, and sensation to see if the instability is severely compressing a nerve root (cervical radiculopathy) or the spinal cord itself.
- Creating a Stabilization PlanOnce diagnosed, we implement a targeted postural stabilization program to strengthen the deep core muscles and lock the unstable joints down without surgery.
