General Pain Relief

Neck, Mid-Back & Lower Back Pain Relief

Stop settling for temporary relief. We go beyond traditional chiropractic to find and fix the structural, biomechanical, and postural abnormalities causing your spine pain in the Salt Lake City and Murray, UT area.

Don't Ignore Your Body's Warning Signs

Pain is not normal; it is your body’s check-engine light. Whether you are dealing with a stiff neck, a sharp pain between your shoulder blades, or a dull ache in your lower back that won't go away, covering it up with medication only allows the underlying damage to worsen.

At our Salt Lake City clinic, we specialize in identifying exactly why you are in pain. Instead of guessing, we use precise digital X-rays to analyze your biomechanics and deliver targeted structural correction.

    Comprehensive Spinal Care

We address the entire spine as a single interconnected system. Issues we frequently resolve include:

    Thoracic & Mid-Back Issues

Sitting at a desk all day frequently causes rib dysfunction and mid-back pain, often coupled with poor posture.

    Structural Weakness & Instability

If your joints move too much due to ligament damage, you may need a spinal instability evaluation to determine the safest and most effective path to stability.

    Biomechanical Support

Sometimes lower back pain stems from how your feet hit the ground. We provide custom orthotics to stabilize your foundation from the ground up.

    Beyond the Standard Adjustment

While a standard chiropractic adjustment is fantastic for restoring joint motion and providing immediate relief, it is only step one of our process.

We combine adjustments with elite Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) traction and mirror-image exercises. This comprehensive approach ensures that we aren't just moving bones—we are actively reshaping and strengthening your spine so the pain goes away and stays away.

    Clinical Results: Restoring Biomechanics

Lower back pain is frequently caused by structural abnormalities like hyperlordosis (too much curve) or hypolordosis (too little curve). Below is an example of a patient who suffered from severe lower back pain due to lumbar hyperlordosis, and the structural correction achieved through Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP).

    Lumbar Spine (Lower Back) Correction

Notice the reduction in the severe arch of the lower back (moving the red line closer to the healthy green line). By structurally reshaping the lumbar spine, we relieve the immense mechanical stress on the joints and discs, eliminating the source of the pain.

    Cervical Spine (Neck) Correction

This lateral cervical X-ray demonstrates a loss of the normal neck curve (cervical lordosis) — a common cause of chronic neck pain, headaches, and arm numbness. CBP traction and mirror-image adjustments restore the curve, relieving nerve pressure and long-term degenerative stress on the discs.
